Our associate brings valuable experience gained from hundreds of local renovation jobs to your doorstep. He listens to what you want, surveys your house or condo, checks over the important aspects of the job, advises you on design and product choices, and provides you with a written estimate free of charge. If you want a new bathroom or kitchen, our associate will give you a written price range right up front so that you know if a custom renovation is affordable. This honest approach helps the associate to advise you as you select your materials to ensure that you stay within your budget.

GNA offers Kitchen Packages that guarantee you beautiful design, top quality, and great savings. For more information, please review our kitchen renovation policies at the bottom of the page. What makes GNA an expert in renovating condominium kitchens? The basic kitchen layout in most condominiums is nearly identical. Therefore, we know what can and cannot be physically done when renovating your unit. In fact, all GNA work is fully compliant with condominium by-law building and renovation specifications. What type of counter top does GNA install? GNA offers the best available countertops including Granite, Silestone, Corian, Cambria and more. Please call us for an appointment to see large countertop samples and full kitchen layouts at the Tile Studio, our in-house one-on-one design center. What services does GNA not provide? GNA does not:

Questions about Bathroom Renovations:
Can you update an old prefabricated fiberglass tub and shower enclosure? Yes. GNA can remove your old model and install a new porcelain bathtub with custom tile walls and optional grab bars. What can you do for someone who rarely takes a bath and worries about climbing in and out of the tub to take a shower? We can remove your bathtub and install a walk-in shower with optional recessed shelves, safety grab bars, built-in benches, and/or frameless glass doors. Can you update old carpeting, drab linoleum, and cement flooring? Yes. We can add the beauty of custom tile floors to your bathroom, kitchen, foyer, or balcony. If you have a cold room, we can install a heated tile floor with a thermostat that you use to control the temperature. Just imagine stepping out of the shower onto warm tiles in the winter! Can you update plumbing hardware to beautify my bathroom and ensure years of worry-free use? Yes. GNA can also assist you with product selection and design. (It doesn't take as long or cost as much as some think.) |
